LBOT – ADESUWA

Introduction

“Adesuwa” Is an upcoming Nigerian 3D animated series, created by Osagie Alexander Lugard (Lexlugard). It’s the second season of “Lexlugard’s Book Of Telltales” series, which tells the inspiring and captivating story of a young and fearless woman, Adesuwa, who, in many ways, inspired the lives of many, protected and restored peace to her village.

The fictional story of Adesuwa continues the first season of the LBOT series, “The Lost Artifacts.” Adesuwa is being tasked to stop the activities of a deadly cult known as “Raiders”. This has brought chaos to her village as the people suffer at the hands of the Raiders. They perform a certain forbidden ritual, known as the ‘Death Dreams, ‘ a ritual that has taken the lives of many in the village, resulting in conflict and unrest between the villagers.

Plot

Many years ago, a certain village in West Africa lived in fear and agony as members of a deadly cult practiced a dark and forbidden ritual, known as the “Death Dreams”. An activity that caused an imbalance in the village, placing the lives of the villagers at great risk. A girl child, named Adesuwa, is born to a family in the village and is said to be sent by god to end the “Death Dreams” and restore peace to the village. From birth, Adesuwa is faced with life-threatening situations to prevent her from fulfilling her destiny. As she grows older, she encounters new revelations that guide her to fulfill her purpose. She becomes a force to reckon with as she fights against the deadly cult.

Expectations

The second season of “Lexlugard’s Book Of Telltales will portray the series of events that take place as Adesuwa tries to fulfill her destiny. The series “Adesuwa” is expected to immerse the audience in an epic and interesting journey, giving a beautiful cinematic experience in 3D animation. It will be rich in African arts and culture, with action-packed scenes and a captivating storyline that will keep the audience on the edge of their seat and also portray certain themes and messages that promote selflessness in society.

Development And Release

The series “Adesuwa” is currently in production, and the exact release date is uncertain, but the series’ first episode is scheduled to be released in 2026. Before then, this website will be updated with more information concerning the series.

Teaser Narration:

A long time ago, Adesuwa, a proud and fearless female warrior, interacted with an item, that came from the sky. And it changed her life forever. After more dreams and revelations, she touched the lives of many. Such life changing moment, is beyond imagination.

The teaser narration describes Adesuwa as a proud and fearless female warrior, which was portrayed at the beginning of the teaser. We see Adesuwa in her element as a fighter and notice that she fights with supernatural powers. In the next scene, we see her walking to a strange item that’s coming towards her and it stops as she gets close. She interacted with the item that seemed like a gate. Being curious and fearless, she walked right into it and disappeared into thin air. This interaction led to certain changes in her life, giving her guidance that would help her fulfill her destiny. The next scene shows that the whole interaction happens in her sleep, and that was the first of many to come. After more dreams and revelations, she takes on the responsibility given to her and works towards fulfilling her destiny, saving victims of the “Death Dream” ritual that never imagined they could be saved.

A Sneak peek of an ecosystem in the series is portrayed much later, and the next two scenes slightly reveal a member of the deadly cult in a shrine. The final scene shows this same member about to go into battle with Adesuwa. He lets her know that he’s more powerful than her, as he describes her as a child trying to challenge him.
